Seth Alexander, Executive Director

Seth Alexander comes to the role of Mercaz Academy’s Executive Director with abundant administrative experience and evident enthusiasm.   An accomplished Director of Operations with a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational efficiencies, Seth will manage our school’s business operations by bringing to bear his track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Throughout his career, Seth has demonstrated skill and expertise in managing budgets, implementing process improvements, and optimizing operational performance. As a Director of Operations since February 2018, Seth has been responsible for overseeing operational staff across multiple offices worldwide. He has created and implemented organizational procedures for national and international accounts, collaborating with major retailers and suppliers. 

In addition to his management expertise, Seth looks forward to playing a role in cultivating individual growth and professional development at Mercaz.  In his prior position, he has implemented training initiatives to empower team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Seth's ability to recognize and leverage the strengths of his team members has contributed to their career advancement and overall success.

Outside the corporate world, Seth has made a meaningful impact as an Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist, providing in-home parent behavioral training. He has also contributed to educational institutions as a Special Education Consultant, implementing behavioral support for students with specific needs.  He holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education Grades 1-6, which has provided him with a solid foundation in the field.

With his wealth of experience, leadership acumen, and passion for driving operational excellence, Seth Alexander is poised to make significant contributions as the Executive Director of Mercaz Academy. We are confident that his skills and drive will help lead Mercaz Academy into the future.
