An Application Form must be completed for all students who are new to Mercaz Academy. If you are a current Mercaz Academy family with a new child joining our school you must complete the Application Form for the new student. Your family information will be prefilled on the form.
Soon after your application is submitted, you will be contacted by email with instructions to take the next step to submit a registration form. This registration form will be pre-filled with all the information needed from you application.
