EXISTING FAMILES:
Please fill out Registration Forms for all your children who attended Mercaz Academy last year. The registration forms will be prefilled with all the important information regarding you children so filling out the form is quick and easy.
If you have a student entering Mercaz for the first time in 2025-26 you must fill out the application form for that child.
IMPORTANT FOR STUDENTS NEW TO MERCAZ ACADEMY: Soon after your application is submitted, you will be contacted by email with instructions to take the next step and submit a registration form. The registration form will be prefilled with all the important information from your application so filling out the form is quick and easy.
FAMILIES NEW TO MERCAZ ACADEMY:
If you are a family that is new to Mercaz and you have not yet toured our school please go to “Request a Tour.”
If you have already had a tour or expect to schedule one soon, you can create a ParentLocker account HERE. An account with ParentLocker is needed for your application, registration and more.
After you have created a ParentLocker account, please fill out an application form for your child(ren).
